Outinord was created in 1955 by Charles BAUER with the aim of industrializing the construction process on site. Guy BLONDE, his technical collaborator, came up with a revolutionary solution.
“Tunnel Formwork”, first used for the construction of housing units in Evry Petit-Bourg, and then for the urban developments of LE CORBUSIER. It was a success and the start of many achievements in France. From 1970, the export market developed in Europe, the Middle East and the U.S.A. Today Outinord consolidates its position as the preferred construction partner of many international firms.
With a strong presence in India since 2013, we steadily expanded our reach and capacities. We started our own manufacturing unit in 2018. We specialize in cutting-edge technology-driven solutions for System Formwork in construction projects.
Our mission is simple - to industrialize construction and deliver projects faster and more efficiently. We offer the world's fastest cast-in-situ construction technology, enabling daily casting and significantly reducing project schedules.

Outinord was selected for the prestigious Government of India Global Housing technology challenge India (GHTC India) light house project in Rajkot. In just 15 months, we completed 1144 apartments across 11 blocks with S +13 floors, truly defining our commitment to efficiency.
At the core of our success lies the 'Tunnel form' construction system—an innovative method based on high-precision, reusable, room-sized steel forms. By eliminating the need for columns and beams, we enable simultaneous pouring of walls and slabs, creating monolithic structural units.
